My son & I went to get a memorial paw print. My very 1st tattoo! My son's turned out great but mine not good at all. I asked if he could touch it up. I made an appt & went in & he immediately had an attitude and very rudely said "What happened, you liked it when you left?!". Then he proceeded to give me a pen & told ME to draw on my wrist. He made me feel very uncomfortable & ashamed. I didn't know what to do so I asked a couple people & they said to "leave"....

The shop is very clean and very well kept but what got me... I had an issue with some stuff. Hanna went out of her way to not only make things right but to win me back. Her cover job and the work she put in was awesome.. She succeeded when other artists said it could not be done.. IF YOUR NOT USING HER... WHAT ARE YOU USING... LOL

just got my first tattoo here it was a memorial for my dog that passed away. i was very nervous and Seth, my tattoo artist really helped with that and calmed my nerves and made me feel very welcome and comfortable. and he did an amazing job on my tattoo! and the shop was very welcoming and clean. i will definitely be recommending everyone i know to come here!
