Very upset. I went to get my belly pierced as a Christmas gift drove 40 minutes to get to Big Brain (im fine with that) not very welcoming or communicative and waited two hours for a piercer. I was pierced by Dave Brown, he was clean but pierced it with a slant. I was given no clean up advice or anything. Clean it everyday and it has keloids. Sad to say i have to take it out
