Made an appointment for my wife, got a quote for price and it was said that a second appointment would maybe be needed, to which I agreed. He scheduled the appointment so late in the evening, then proceeds to end before the amount of time paid for, and schedules the next one to finish what was already paid. Then at the second appointment, proceeds to get about halfway through the tattoo, and says she is going to need a third appointment and have to pay more money, if she wants a finished tattoo. So she agrees and pays for that...
