Took a GREAT Inkless Tattooing Scar Revision course from Teri R. recently , after training with & getting to know Teri I decided to trust her to do my permanent upper eyeliner. There are several PMU Artists ( Inc. myself) now in Omaha , I have been waiting waiting to find a PMUArtist who also does permanent eyeliner & is confident in doing the procedure.
