Love this place and how careful and detailed-oriented the technicians are here. I had been getting regular polish manicures here for months, and one day I decided to try out gel extensions because I have naturally tiny nails. With the extra nail real estate, Lux has converted me into a nail design person ~ I show Chloe a reference photo and she kills it every time. I literally waited to write this review so I could gather these photos because I'm so obsessed with results!

The staff was very nice and fast. I got a manicure and a pedicure and the pedicure was great but unfortunately the manicure was one of the worst I've ever gotten. I'm going to Disney and I asked for Mickey ears and everyone looked at this and was like: yeah that looks great. She left a bunch of nail polish around my fingers as well, the background was poorly applied and since I don't have a confrontational bone in my body and I didn't want to embarrass the lady I just paid, tipped and left. But unfortunately I'll never come...

LUX Nails is absolutely amazing! Michelle is fantastic and so is everyone else there. During my last visit, I overheard a customer telling her nail tech that she had traveled all over the world and this was the best manicure she'd ever had--I completely agree! The level of expertise, care, and dedication to customer satisfaction at LUX Nails is incredible. Michelle mentioned to me that their goal is for every customer to leave happy and it truly shows. I can't recommend this place enough!
