The Occidental shop is so dreamy! The skylights and plants--the whole vibe is inspiring and cozy. Idexa works with her own intuitive process in collaboration with you and your body. It's a whole experience spending time with Idexa, both as a human and as an artist. My experience over several hours getting work from this artist is that she really pays attention to your experience and is good at changing things up if you are getting overwhelmed. But she is super light handed, so I find I can sit longer with her than some other artists I've worked with.

I got a tattoo here with an artist who was previously employed. There was an accidental blow out from the tattoo and the tattoo artist was dismissive of me when I communicated this to her. I was feeling very frustrated and reached out to the owner, Idexa who responded promptly and attentively and offered to touch up my tattoo and communicated that the aforementioned tattoo artist was is longer with the studio partially in response to my complaint.
