We were lucky enough to meet Jake, one of the piercing specialists at the shop, and from the very beginning, he made us feel comfortable and well-informed. Jake has a calm, professional demeanor and is clearly very knowledgeable and skilled at what he does. My sister got her earlobes and a flat piercing, while I got my conch and flat done. I cannot stress how much I love this place! My husband and I were greeted by Tristan immediately and he was the coolest dude possible! He was welcoming and friendly and made everything feel like home! I went in looking for a septum piercing and worked with Salome! She informed me that I didn't have the proper anatomy for the piercing and instead we did my ears. As much as people might have grumbled about it I actually appreciated her being honest instead of endangering my safety! She was super sweet and professional and had the most lovely bedside manner...
