The largest puzzle store in San Francisco. 75 pieces - 3,000 pieces. I never had an interest in puzzles until COVID, & now I'm hooked, thanks to Big Puzzle. But wait, there's more. Lots of popular games that I've never heard of- but go to the back of the store on Saturdays & you'll find tables full of adult men playing them. The guys working there are super friendly & helpful. They really know the inventory. I've seen loads of parents taking their kids to find a family game as well. What a great place to find a gift. Support...

I had to make my daughter happy. She wanted to visit a "Pokemon" store and I'm glad I chose this store. Chad and his co-worker were both very helpful and my daughter got what she wanted. One of those awesome mom and pop shops. We will be back.

Seems like a great store, really well stocked & popular, with a massive selection of games. The young woman behind the counter was very pleasant. The 3 stars is due to the extreme indifference of the heavy set gentlemen who seemed to be the most senior person present (the owner?). While my question (about 2nd hand RPGs) was likely one he would not have benefited from I would have expected some customer service. He appeared to be extremely disinterested in assisting and was only barely civil. Time to work on your people skills perhaps? Stress again the actual store seemed...
