I like the staff at this location. Very authentically San Franciscan bunch with very sweet and helpful attitudes. And they always have all the art items I need.

I'm a frequent customer at the Blick Art Materials store on Van Ness in San Francisco, and I consistently have a positive experience. I am a humble artist and I rely on them for a wide range of art supplies, from watercolors, Copic markers, screen printing supplies, spray paint, Inktense pencils, large sized Arches paper and the list goes on.... 4 or 5 star depends on the employee and security guard (depends on location). Example one night a few months back I had a horrible experience with the security guard at their market street location. Unprofessional, way out of line, unreasonable causing me to raise my voice mainly to get an employee or managers attention to intervene.
