Having worked in a professional piercing studio myself, I was hoping for a positive experience when I stopped by to buy a new piercing for my low-placed septum. Unfortunately, neither my friend nor I felt very welcomed by the front desk staff. Despite explaining my specific needs and the jewelry I've used for years, there was some disagreement, and I ended up purchasing jewelry that didn't fit. I stopped by to check out this shop and was immediately impressed by its spacious, well-designed layout. The staff, especially shop manager Terr, were incredibly welcoming--Terr listened attentively, answered all my questions thoroughly, and made me feel right at home. The entire experience was seamless and pleasant, thanks to her professionalism and genuine care. Highly recommend!

Walked in and was greeted immediately by a super nice girl who helped my sister and I pick out jewelry. We only waited like 5 minutes and then we went to the back and got pierced (septum and nose) by this awesome guy (i think his name was Johnny - he had creature from the black lagoon art everywhere and I'm sorry if i got your name wrong!) He was really funny and made the experience fun and enjoyable. It was quick and probably the most painless piercings i've ever gotten. I'm SO happy with the placement of my piercings....
