My sister and I came here for the first time seeking nostril piercings. We did not have an appointment. Autumn was able to take care of both of us! This was not my first body piercing, but it was for my sister. Autumn did a FANTASTIC job educating her about the piercing, aftercare, and healing timelines. She was very thorough and took her time going through that information. I have never had a piercer provide such a detailed healing plan, not even on paper references they have sent home with me. She was able to answer her questions as well....

Had a great afternoon with another Libby! She communicated really well all during the planning and drawing stages... moved things around at my request... made great suggestions... I feel like got exactly what I asked for, but somehow even better.

Autumn is the best! I got two ear piercings and an eyebrow done by her and she was magnificent. She displays a level of cleanliness and professionalism while also ensuring the client is relaxed and in a comfortable environment. She is extremely knowledgeable as well as patient and understanding.
