I'm not from the Raleigh area, I came to attend the Lil Wayne Concert. Wanted a few tattoos before I left so i went to Rock and Roll Tattoo on Capitol Blvd. From the front door, staff were very friendly and the environment was extremely clean. I personally refer Victor Knight as your Tattoo Artist. He's extremely knowledgeable and professional! His area was clean and inviting. He takes his time to ensure that you're satisfied. Brad is an amazing person. I went in to sign for my daughter to get her septum pierced. He was personable and hilarious. Amazing customer service. I highly recommend them. My niece got her first tattoo there 10 years ago and she still remembers the place.

I had thought about trying to pierce my own septum but decided against it. Knowing me, I'd mess it up somehow. So that brings me here: I received my septum piercing here by the kind Mr. Lee. He was very professional, clean, and gentle, and he did such fine work. 80 dollars total, but that's the price of quality and experience. I barely felt a thing!
