Old Moon Tattoo Collective

Took my son and his girlfriend to get a tattoo on our vacation. The staff here is absolutely the most compassionate and dedicated i have ever met. The attention to detail was beyond what we expected. We will be back.

A pathetic experience. We had booked in advance for three tattoos as a souvenir of our trip to Big Island. It was our last day, everything was planned... but the tattoo artist simply canceled our appointment at the last minute because she had taken another client instead. No apology, no solution offered, zero professionalism. Not even a phone call to let us know -- which would've at least given us the chance to find another studio in time. In the end: no help, no tattoos, and a bitter memory instead of a good one. Avoid this place if you value...
