Got my first tattoo while on vacation. Blaine did an amazing job. Tattoo came out looking better than I ever could have imagined. After the appointment I sent him questions about tattoo care and he was very responsive. The tattoo was great, but Blaine did a great job of talking me through the process and what was happening and what was coming next. If you want a tattoo that is fine line or black and grey, I recommend Blaine in the highest possible terms.
This review is regarding the coffee/espresso only...The espresso is served professionally, is very good, and of high quality. Big windows keep a lot of natural light as well as cool lighting design in the tattoo area. Kinda small tables but plenty of barstool space. I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed the cold A/C inside, though there are no restrooms or outlets. We absolutely loved this place! My husband and I stopped by Tatau Coffee Bar in Waikiki just to grab a coffee -- and we were pleasantly surprised. We were greeted warmly, kindly assisted, and given helpful recommendations. The atmosphere is cozy and creative, and you can really tell that every detail was thoughtfully put together.
