I set up an appointment via email 1 month prior to 5/7 & the studio was very kind & responsive. My boyfriend & I are very happy with our tattoos. First time visiting the location. The front desk girls were very friendly & respectful, and we had no problem at all. We requested Ava & so grateful we both were able to get a tattoo done by her. Each took about an hour. The owner Tony sucks. I waited almost 5 years to come back to this place because the last nose stud I got never budged. I came in for a new one and it fell out after two weeks. He started our conversation by walking out and saying "so you want me to give you free jewelry huh"? Incredibly condescending. I then explained and he told me it's impossible for it to fall out and that it had to have caught on something and ripped out.
