So I made a mistake and gave a $100 deposit to make an appt a few weeks out. Within hours I advised that I would not be able to move forward with the tattoo. I guess their policy is no refunds not even partial on deposits. Even though there was zero work done and I notified them shortly after meeting with the artist. Cool shop! Must have appointment to enter. Multiple different artists inside. It may be possible to do a walk-in if someone isn't busy...though, I wouldn't count on that.
