My family and I were in town visiting my sister in central Park, and my daughter wanted her eyebrow done. I did remember to bring her birth certificate, as she is 16. Check in was super easy with their online form. We were probably there for a half hour all in. The shop is amazing, lots to look at and incredibly clean. We got there right after they opened, so there wasn't a big wait. It was the day after their Friday the 13 chaos, but everyone was happy and welcoming, but I'm sure they were tired. We went later in the night, and they were awesome, accommodating and super kind people. It was easy to see they enjoyed their jobs. Andrew and Cookie were great artists and Rome was also awesome. These guys were hilarious and made the experience extra special for us. Clean shop with some awesome art and different style rooms. We are thankful!!
