The money will have to be disputed but just a heads up for anyone thinking this is a legitimate business, they are broke and trying to scam people - bad business.
Dean is an excellent artist!! Very flexible with scheduling, extremely creative & a master of his work!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND SEEING HIM for perfect ink!!!!
