The environment was so calm and serene! Daniel was so informative and kind and went over the process with my teen getting her ears pierced for the first time. Amar the body piercer was so kind and sweet! They made my daughter feel safe and calm since my girl was nervous! My daughter loves her piercings! Thank you!!

I've been here multiple times and consistently had a great piercing experience and professional interactions with the staff. My only complaint was from my most recent visit where customers were asked to wait outside in a line in the cold, rather than being allowed to wait indoors and sit down. It may be policy that continued after COVID, but if that is the intention I would happily sit inside wearing a mask over waiting outside in the cold for 45 minutes. had a great experience at this place. i went around 2pm on a saturday, i did not have to wait long at all, the whole process took less than an hour. the person helping me at the counter was kind and considerate and i like the amount of jewelry option they had. also, the opal bead on my septum hoop fell off and i ran back and they quickly fixed the problem ! all in all, a good, safe, efficient piercing shop ;)
