I've been to many other piercing places in the bay over the years with varied results and I'm so glad I found Industrial on the APP site and started coming here. I have never been to a piercing place with staff who are so knowledgeable, kind and helpful! First off I like that iirc they only have titanium jewelry, which has been a lot easier on my skin than steel. I found this wonderful shop a bit by accident but I'm so glad I did. They were so welcoming, from the atmosphere to the staff. Given the times we are enduring right now, it was definitely a safe place to be. The pre-service was prompt, forms were easy to fill out and they walked me through a nice selection of jewelry. When I got called for my service, the piercer was so nice and thorough in explaining what was going on. I am so happy I found this business and I hope to be back several times.
