Sister and I came to the shop for a walk in appointment and we were definitely satisfied with the results! Toni and Justin were super easy to work with and although our designs were very simple I felt comfortable the whole time. Got great after care instructions along with contact information in case I needed to reach out. Still worth paying the shop minimum even if we could've found a slightly better price somewhere else

Jessica was phenomenal from the text reminders, to how well she explained everything to my 7 yo and put her immediately at ease. My kiddo wanted so badly to have her ears pierced but waffled for 6 months because she was fearful of the pain (she suffers from anxiety), but all went SO smoothly and she was all smiles, even between ears! Jessica is far and above the piercing expert to go to in Madison. I got a double helix piercing from her and am grateful for both her artistic eye and professionalism. Her attention to the cleanliness and safety of the piercing process was incredibly reassuring for someone getting their first piercing.
