I would say that when it comes to tattooing there is a degree of trust that customers have with the artists. I would also say that the fact that this business is on Crooks Ave is about par for the course In light of some of these actions, deliberately tattooing in secret things like smiley faces and other junk that the customer has no idea is on them.
