I have gone to Todd twice for a tattoo, and he doesn't disappoint! The first time was a cover-up of a really terrible tattoo. I told him what I wanted and he drew it up and did a great job. It's my favorite of all my tattoos! My most recent tattoo was also done by him and it turned out great as well. Fair pricing always, and very professional. Will be back for more!
