I had a great experience with my first service. They are accessible via social media and phone. Upon visiting they have a secure facility that is clean and well kept. There's plenty of awesome artwork on the walls and many choices for piercings. It was clear this is a safe space and I am grateful for such a place in downtown Martinsburg. If more places are like this, then everything is on the up and up. I will be back and tell many others about my awesome experience. 5 stars.

Justice does a great job with her piercings. She is professional friendly and takes the time to make sure you are comfortable before she starts. My daughter has had several piercings done here this year.

Can't speak on the shop per se but Sarah? Not even sure if it's her name since she BLOCKED ME. I tried booking a tattoo for a friend as a gift and she had cancelled the appointment last minute. I get things happen so no biggie, trying to reschedule was a nightmare with her but, I still kept trying. I then saw she had BLOCKED me on social media. This was highly unprofessional of this artist.
