Keegun does an unbelievable job. From the pride he takes in the details of his tattoos, to making sure you're comfortable during a piercing, and the atmosphere of his shop. He is by far one of the top artists, if not the top artist, in WV. He is also training a very talented staff!! Couldn't recommend enough.
