Although I didn't go to this specific studio, Cesar is an amazing tattoo artist. He did my first tattoo, and I get compliments every time my arm is out. His attention to detail is so great. He made me feel very safe. Overall just an amazing tattoo artist and a great guy! He will definitely be doing all my other tattoos!
