Went in to get retainers for my body jewelry for a medical scan. I made an appointment ahead of time, they got me in a room within 5 minutes and all finished within another 5! The shop was clean and somewhat busy on a Saturday afternoon, they also had an awesome selection of unique jewelry. I believe my piercers name was Kali and was knowledgeable, professional and kind! I appreciated the smooth process for something I wasn't really looking forward to having to do.
