I got my nose pierced here about a year ago and waited patiently for it to heal, hoping everything would settle into place. Unfortunately, I'm really disappointed with the result. The piercing is noticeably crooked, especially the right side, which was pierced much lower than the left. I had a double nose piercing done, and despite the piercer using a measuring tape, the placement is uneven. To make matters worse, my nose bled excessively during the process, and the piercer made an inappropriate and uncomfortable comment, saying I had a "cocaine nose," which was not only inaccurate but extremely unprofessional....

Replying to shop response: So, if I am understanding correctly, their work was subpar, and knowing that you allowed her to work there and tattoo clients knowing that her work was not up to the shop's professional standards? That sounds bad on you as a shop owner. And if that's not what you meant, you're then saying that all the clients she tattooed have bad-looking tattoos? Like they deserved better?
