Chad was amazing. My husband and I both got got tattoos from him. I got a couple smaller color tattoos to add to the one I already have and my husband got black and gray. We met with Chad a couple of days before getting our tattoos and talked about what we wanted. He sent us his designs and after approval we came in. The shop was clean and the staff was very nice.
