I won a raffle for a free tattoo by Victoria and gave it to my wife, since Victoria's style matches her existing tattoos. The booking and scheduling process was straightforward and simple. The day we came in, only Victoria was working, so I can't speak for the rest of the shop's staff, but Victoria herself was extremely friendly and professional. The design she drew for my wife was exactly what my wife wanted and fit perfectly with her existing tattoos. Got my first tattoo with Zoe yesterday and couldn't be more happy my experience! The new location is very clean and all of the decorations look great. The entire staff was very kind and welcoming. Zoe did a great job of walking me through what to expect and how to care for the tattoo afterwards, plus she was a great conversation as well. Highly recommend and will be back!

They were really nice for my first ever tattoo that I had done by Lindsay, who rules! Everyone here was nice and welcoming, and boy was I nervous so I really appreciated that. I found the vibe to be very therapeutic. Tattoos do indeed hurt, and I found it helpful to look around at all the cool stuff they have all over their shop.
