Super helpful, knowledgeable, and they've got a great system for cleanliness and consent. Before I went, I emailed my questions. I got responses promptly with lots of great info and went in as a walk-in. I told them I needed my ears re-pierced because they closed during COVID five years ago. The man working with me looked at the holes and he used a tool to re-open them. I had no idea that was a possibility, but it was so easy! Of course there was a little bit of discomfort as he stretched them a little so the earrings would fit in, but it wasn't bad at all! And he kept checking on...

I got my dermal done here -- 10/10 experience, my healing process has been such a breeze, it's clear that both the receptionist and the piercers have extensive knowledge and are very skilled. I was walked through what the process would look like, and given proper aftercare instructions. I will definitely come back here. Recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, clean, knowledgeable experience.
