Absolutely incredible and generous customer service! My daughter had an earring back get stuck in her lobe and Aubrey was able to get it out while being so patient and kind to a very scared and anxious six year old. My daughter went in kicking and screaming and left saying how much she loved the place and how she never wants to go anywhere else for future piercings!
Aubrey did my first tattoo and did a great job. I would/will use her again.
