Personally couldn't get a tattoo however it's my own fault since they need a physical ID. However my husband did get one. Not sure if staff were just having a bad day but just a little rude but brushed it off assuming it's been a long day. They were informative on pricing and very patient. Tattoo came out amazing. My husband loves it. He did get some knicks from getting a tattoo but overall good place.
