Black 13 Tattoo Parlor

I had the best experience at Black 13 Tattoo! The staff is incredibly kind. My artist, Danelle, was professional and patient with me while making sure size and placement was just right. Not to mention, her work was more beautiful than the drawings I based my ideas on. The parlor was very clean and the whole setup is such a vibe! 10/10 would recommend.

I had a really great experience here. The front desk team, Doy & Cathy, have stellar communication skills. They were able to set me up with an appointment for when I visited on a trip. Evan Davis did a hell of a job on my piece. I sent in a reference photo, but the design he created based off of it absolutely exceeded any expectations I had (reviews on here had me optimistic). Not only is he an amazing and talented artist, but he's so chill. I get a little antsy when it's actually time to start getting tattooed, but...

Courtney O'Shea is a fantastic artist and really delivered an incredible tattoo. This one was a memorial for our dog who crossed the rainbow bridge last month. I chose Courtney because her instagram has so many great animal tats on top of the overall quality. I sent emails with pictures of him and the toys we bought the day we adopted him and she made a unique tat that captures his spirit and blended it with my sci-fi fandom. We vibed on X-Files and Tiki bar talk, and I feel instantly at ease and connected so the experience was great....
