My 5 year old got ears pierced by Katie today and I am so impressed by the whole shop! Very professional, did not make my family (three small children) feel out of place, were efficient and quick. My child did great but added with their set up the whole experience ended up being fun for everyone! Thank you Katie for doing us this service. Today I got my first piercings with Jacki! She was amazing!!! I got my ears pierced first and then came back a couple hours later and got my belly button done! Jacki was so sweet and kind and talked to me during the process which made me feel very comfortable! She also walked me through the cleaning process and how to take care of my piercings as well, even provided a tiny sheet with information!
