Empress Tattoo & Piercing

Zach was AMAZING! We were on trip and found Empress online and they looked like the best shop choice. After our phone consult with Zach we were feeling really great about our appointment. This was hands down the best tattoo experience either of us has ever had and we are so stoked with the quality, cleanliness, professionalism and friendliness that Zach offered. He knocked our tattoos out of the park. Truly could not have asked for a better artist, art & experience.

Not only is the body art beautiful, Eunice has done several pieces for me and they're all lovely, but the studio is beautiful and the vibes are immaculate. And everyone is so great. I made a scheduling mistake and they were so kind and understanding and not only allowed me to reschedule but also let my deposit rollover to the rescheduled appointment. When I tell you this is the most top notch place to get body art and piercings done in Chattanooga and the state of Tennessee for that matter I truly mean it.

Drove from Morristown and got a tattoo from Zac. First off loved the entire shop that house is freaking beautiful and the vibe was great he was super welcoming and cool af. He's very detailed about everything he's doing beforehand makes it comfortable my tattoo came out beyond perfect literally best tattoo I have and for such a meaningful tattoo personally for me I was extremely thankful. He didn't judge me when I made a joke that was questionable given my dark sense of humor either which made my experience there even better lol will absolutely be going back when...
