Erik was great! Got my nose pierced, very informative and efficient. Made me feel comfortable and it turned great. He even helped change out my nipple piercings I got two years prior at a different place that didn't seem to be healing 100% Got the right jewelry back in with minimal discomfort.

Called about getting my daughters ears pierced and had spoken to Erik, who went above and beyond to explain the process and made sure our questions were answered. Scheduled an appointment later on in the week. The day of, he and his staff welcomed us with a warm greeting, knew my daughters name, and got us checked in. Erik was beyond amazing with making sure she was comfortable with the process, making her feel at ease, and helped her pick out her earrings. Beyond amazing from start to end, and highly, highly, recommend Vibrant Body Arts.

I haven't gotten pierced here - only bought jewelry - but their selection is awesome. Shop is clean and staff is super friendly. I bought a gold nose ring here a few months ago and it broke. The staff was kind enough to replace it with no charge. Definitely recommend! Edit: my replacement nose ring broke on its own after less than a week. The staff are nice and shop is clean, but wouldn't recommend their jewelry.
