I had my tattoo appointment with Kelsey about a week or so ago, it was an amazing experience! She was super nice, attentive, accommodating, and took great care and precision in her work. She always made sure I was okay, and asked if I needed anything. The atmosphere was great, and the other shop members were super nice as well! I definitely recommend this shop and its artists I can't wait to come back for my next one!
I hope their tattoo quality is better than their customer service. I just experienced awful customer service just now. I called to schedule an appointment when I put down a deposit back in September. I had tried rescheduling before but working three jobs I hardly had time to physically go by the tattoo place. The one or two times I was able to make it there before they while there before they closed, the person the tattoo artist that had originally scheduled with wasn't there. I was told to send the guy a message through Instagram which I did twice...
