unsatisfied with my service. i went to get my belly button pierced in november and i noticed there is a new owner of the piercing side (not sure about the tattoo side). i have gotten ear piercings before from knotty headz and never had any concerns or complaints. nonetheless, i was charged more than was stated on the website and IN THE SHOP because it "needed to be updated." customer service was terrible. not to mention, the lady that pierced my navel used a bar that was too short for my piercing, causing it to get infected. i will not...

I went in there to get my nose pierced on the other side because I already have one side pierced. He pierced the other side of my nose so uneven I said something right then and there he told me that because I had a hoop nose ring in my nose hole that's been there for 10 years, it moved on it's on.
