Super polite and friendly! Price is comparable to other shops in the area but well-worth the talent and atmosphere in my opinion. They adhere to good standards of sanitation and cleanliness and the shop looks nice, lots of examples of the artists' work out on display as well. Wait times for walk-ins can be pretty long, but that's understandable. My husband got some flash for Friday the 13th with OB and I came back the next day to get something, we both had great conversations with him and he made sure l got my money's worth out of the $100...

Bobbert is my new favorite artist. I walked in and was happy to see they were playing a Spider Man movie on the TV. The chair wasn't the most comfortable, but the staff was excellent. Professional, kind and flexible. Bobbert worked with me all through the design, placement and made sure both her and I were satisfied with everything before the ink was even chosen.
