Hold Steady Tattoo

The owner and workers here are some of the rudest i've ever encountered. They won't admit to any mistakes they've made, pretty bad for a tattoo shop if you ask me. At the end of the day, a person should be happy with their piercing or tattoo, and if the shop makes a mistake it should be up to them to fix it! That doesn't happen here, where the ego is too big to admit to any faults. The shop owner is quick to yell at customers and call them names whenever you try to stand up for yourself. Why...

John is an awesome piercer and has done most of my piercings since I started coming here! The tattoo artists are so nice and the overall vibe is so chill, 10/10 recommend!!

I got a piercing here and I wish so much that I didn't. I found out that the piercer that they let pierce me was untrained and as a result of that my piercing was done incorrectly. It's obviously done wrong too as it pokes to the side. She messed up my piercing and the owner of the shop is calling me a liar and refusing to work with me at all and I'm unsure why. I'm left feeling afraid as someone untrained pierced my body, and the owner has been nothing but mean and threatening.
