My wife and I made an appointment at Rockstar to both get our ear lobes pierced, and had a wonderful experience. The person who helped us at the desk was super kind and knowledgeable, and helped us both pick out jewelry we loved. Got my first piercing in Providence, and I will never go anywhere else! The shop was very professional, I chose Rockstar because I knew they were all APP members. The desk staff were so nice and made the check in process, paperwork, and payment clear and easy. Jay was an incredible piercer, answered all of my questions and made sure I was comfortable. I really appreciated that he explained everything he was doing through the process. Beautiful jewelry selections, fair prices, great service!

Really wanted to love this place, but both the quality of the jewelry and customer service have come up lacking. I bought a very expensive earring at Rockstar for my birthday in early April and had it installed in my flat - the same day, it fell out (post had broken).
