Employee behind the counter was super helpful!! One of my piercings snapped and at my old shop my piercer would use wire cutters and then charge me for a new loop even though apparently (I now know) theres a hinge. I brought my daughter in for an earlobe piercing. I thought that our experience would be better with an professional piercer. I'll start with the positive: the piercer was very nice with my daughter and he scrupulously washed his hands and cleaned all of his materials before piercing. Unfortunately, that was the only positive. I supposed I should have seen the red flags when I couldn't get an accurate price quote ahead of time.
