Lulu at Old Penn Ave Tattoo Co. is the best! She takes her time and made sure I was okay every step of the way. My anxiety was off the rails but, her personality and hospitality calmed me down. She's understanding and listened to my requests. I loved that she had input and positive feedback with the tattoo. I would definitely recommend this tattoo shop for any piercing or tattooing needs.I have been going here for like 3 years, I've mostly gotten tattooed by Jess and her work is beautiful every time. I have not once been disappointed. I've interacted with the other artists and have seen their work and it's all really good as well. The atmosphere is clean, welcoming, and friendly. I look forward to going there for not only the tattoos and piercings, but also for the lovely people who work there. The whole experience is definitely worth the cost.
