First impressions of the shop is that it's easy to find, well marked and plenty of street parking was available. The shop is very clean and well maintained and organized. The staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. My wife went in a couple weeks ago and met with artist Kaitlynn who took her idea and made the artwork. Bruce did an amazing job bombing the whole topside of my hand, yes it was about an 8/10 on the pain scale for those wondering but it was MORE than worth it. Im going on day 3 of the healing process and have received countless compliments about the tattoo. Bruce is a really cool dude and does amazing work at a very reasonable price. 10/10 recommend Bruce or Kaitlynn, both partners co-own and manage the shop and are very talented artists.
