Alister and the person running the front desk (long dark hair, so helpful and patient) are rockstars. They helped me pick out beautiful, high quality, affordable pieces. They have an incredible selection for every price point and they kno their stuff. Alister was even able to guide me toward better sizing for my ears and put my new jewelry in. I got 3 piercings from Onna (rook, flat conch, and 3rd lobe) and she was SO awesome. She was really enthusiastic and reassuring, and pierced me super quickly with ease. She showed me a bunch of different options specific to my anatomy and together we found the perfect placements. The shop was super clean and organized, and even though they were busy, all the staff I encountered were efficient and friendly. Will definitely be back for all my future piercings!!

They may have amazing staff and be great at piercings, but their scheduling need work. I scheduled my appointment online, in advance, and received 3 email confirmations. The email confirmation let me know if I was more than 15 minutes late, there was a cancellation fee. I showed up 10 minutes before the appointment and got checked in, then waited 35 minutes after the appointment time, watching and talking with several other mom/daughters that went in for the exact appointment I was to have.
