Worst experience ever! Excessively long wait for jewelry, over 6 months. When jewelry finally did arrive they put the wrong cheaper size in my ear(they ordered the wrong piece) and when I called numerous times trying to talk to someone they blamed the manufacturer. My other piece of white gold which cost over a hundred fell out in less than a week. Tried to call the manager about the rude and incompetent staff with no response or call back. Treated my children like second class citizens, wanting them to sit in a back corner away from where I was looking...
Had an amazing experience here! The shop was super clean, the staff was welcoming, and my piercer Tigger was professional and made me feel completely at ease throughout the whole process. They explained everything clearly and took their time to make sure the placement was perfect. Healing has been smooth, and I'm in love with how it looks. I wouldn't go anywhere else now!
Liam is the shit!! He made me feel Soo comfortable and took his time to make sure the alignment was absolutely perfect!! Both he and the girl at the front counter were knowledgeable and informative about aftercare. Any future piercings or tattoos I get I'm definitely coming back here.
