Rest is an exceptional artist. I've had 6 sessions with him and am scheduled for a 7th. Sometimes I come to him with very specific tattoos that I want, sometimes I come to him with an idea and let him run with it. Either way I always leave with a beautiful new tattoo. He is the tattoo artist for my entire social circle!
