I sent him a picture of the exact tatto I wanted when I got there he had the letters in a different font that I didn't like. When I asked him if I could look at other fonts he got mad and stated "people always wanna get a quote over the phone than change it up when they get here" app because he couldn't do the font I originally wanted and I dint like the one he chose by himself. Called to get a quote and the gentleman was very courteous and tried his best based on the info I gave him to give me a quote. He was honest that it depended on size, what I wanted, and where it was going. Had to wait on getting my tattoos but will definitely be going here based on the the courteous and professional service I received.
