I recently got pierced here about a week ago- the staff were professional, quick, and kind. I got my helix done, and was pierced with a flat back stud. I want to also warn any future customers of using their flat-back studs, the bar was way too short and unfortunately led to swelling and the eventual swallowing of my ear. Nothing against the staff but using a longer bar or different stud would have not led to an unpleasant ER visit and damage to my ear.
